It offers 2 Beds / 1 Bath / 750 Square Feet / Off Street Parking Area / Private & Fenced Backyard Space / Laundry Hookups! It is being offered at $2450 per Month with a One Year Lease Term. Security Deposit of $2550 will be due at time of acceptance offer. The first month's rent, in full, will be due later on at the time of the lease start date. The second month's rent will be prorated accordingly and due on the 1st of the second month. One to two smaller to medium-sized pets may be considered, upon owner approval and on a Case By Case Basis please note. Not all pets may be considered, certain breed restrictions for homeowners insurance may apply, so please ask ahead if you would like us to check on your pet ahead of applying or if you have any questions regarding this, as your application may be denied on pet/s if not approved for consideration in advance, Thank you. Owner may also consider small birds, turtle in aquarium, small fish tank or aquarium, but please note NO snakes, rats, guinea pigs or such will be considered. Additional security deposit amount of $500 per pet will be required IF Accepted. Please note backyard is fenced but not coyote or wildlife-proof, tenants assume all responsibility for their pets, and while out on the main frontage of this shared property, pets should be on a leash or secure for consideration of other residents. With this also being a shared property and other residents to consider, no large dogs will be considered or allowed, and per homeowners insurance no Pitbulls, Huskies, or Doberman breeds. Please respect this shared property and note "Quiet Hours" being Monday-Thursday after 7:30 pm, Friday and Saturday after 9 pm, and Sunday after 8 pm, Thank you. This is an absolutely No Smoking Home and Property, Thank you. Appliances Included are: electric stove, oven, and refrigerator (no owner warranty). Also washer and dryer hookups available; dryer hook up is electric. Appliances Not Included are: Microwave if so desired, dishwasher (no hookup or space for one), and tenant will need to supply their owner washer and dryer units. Landscaping provided for front and main areas of the property and landscaper comes Mondays 8am-12pm or as needed. Tenant will be responsible for maintaining their own fenced backyard area and keeping it weed-abated for fire insurance purposes. Water, Trash, & Electric All Included in Rent! Due to the inclusion of utilities and this being a shared property, overnight guests are approved for no more than 3 nights total stay within a 3 month period. This home has central heating and AC and is on Sewer, please note any stoppages or clogs will be the tenant's responsibility during the lease, be careful what goes down all drains. Fire Extinguisher provided and in kitchen. Please call your Internet or TV providers ahead of time to make sure they can and will serve this address if interested, it is your responsibility to check on this before applying or signing a lease, Thank you. A Renter's Insurance Policy will be required on behalf of the tenant/s residing in the home.
