You will have your own parking right next door to your casita as well as a private entrance with an electronic lock. Also included for your comfort in mind is a full size washer and dryer! Please note the casita has a small water heater under the kitchen sink and is only capable of heating enough water for one water sourse to be ran at once. For example, you wouldnt be able to run the dishwasher and shower at the same time in a comfortable temperature.
