The third bedroom (with Queen Bed) and third bathroom (tub/shower) are off of the hallway. The Studio/Office has a love seat sleeper sofa. The Kitchen is fully equipped, with gas stove, refrigerator (with freezer, ice and water dispenser), microwave, Kureg coffee machine, and plenty of cookware, cutlery, and dishes. Dining room table seats 8. Washer/Dryer is in a stacked configuration. The home offers expansive views in all directions. Sunny front courtyard with east exposure and views to Carson National Forest. The rear patio with firepit, gas grill, and outdoor dining (under latillas cover) has views to the west, including San Antonio and Pedernal mountains. A north side seating area under Ponderosa pines has views to Pueblo Peak and El Salto. The one acre lot affords plenty of privacy in a country setting, yet you are less than 10 minutes to the Taos Plaza. Weimer is a great walking neighborhood with gravel/dirt streets and relatively little traffic. You have easy driving access to the recreation center (4 min), bowling alley (5 min), health club (6 min), and movie theater (5 min). The Carson National Forest trails are readily accessible with a 20 minute walk to a trailhead. A pet dog may be allowed with separate application approval and deposit.
