Please notice: I only rent this unit to the working force here in Mammoth, who have been living in Mammoth for at least a year, have a job established & have local references. In other words, you must be a long-term resident of Mammoth that needs at least a 12-months lease. No exceptions, please This unit 6 faces north and it is the last one on the lot & also the closest to the Hwy. Future tenant, will have to agree & sign a lease with some responsibilities/obligations like running the snowblower from the unit to the gate (just the width of the snowblower and the walkways). This means you will have to wake up an hour earlier on snow days. It is also necessary to keep icecles clear from all windows, and a clear walk path to the outside faucet, to make sure that it drips all year around. This faucet has a heating tape plugged to this unit that must stay on! The good news here is that you can do this at another time.
