      This is a 12-month lease of the entirety of the condo, including 1 garage parking space and storage cage. The renter pays for electricity. The owner pays HOA which includes garbage, heat, water, and access to rec centers. No smoking, no pets except for support/therapy/service animals with documentation of the circumstances supporting. HOA rules must be followed, the rules are shared in the Lease agreement, to be signed. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am, everyday. The renter will be expected to keep the condo clean, the owner may charge the tenant for professional cleaning if it seems reasonable to the owner. Proof of Renters insurance and a background check are requirements for renting. The renter is responsible for smoke detector batteries, light bulbs, toilet paper, etc. The condo will come unfurnished. The owner is responsible for maintaining the condo in the case of repairs or other maintenance needs.
