Everything you need in a cozy, easy-to-maintain package. We can provide a new dishwasher for an additional monthly amount. You will need a way to keep the approximately 1/3 of an acre yard mowed and weedeated. The entire property is smoke-free, not just the home. This includes vaping, smoking, cigars, etc. Payday rent plans are available. $1,000 monthly, $510 twice a month, or $240 each Friday. We love animals! Certain restrictions apply and spayed or neutered animals over 1 year old are accepted on a case-by-case basis. $50.00 animal registration per animal which includes a call to your vet/clinic to verify age and spayed or neutered status.
