Option to store all in basement & bring your own furniture. Tons of storage in basement at no extra charge! Bedding & towels also provided for free. A/C heat electric internet cable. Use of the new washer/dryer next to the 1st floor bathroom also included. Very safe neighborhood adjacent from Greenville United Methodist Church. Walk to US Post Office, Dollar General, pharmacy, Giovanni's Pasta & Pizza. Large privacy fence in the backyard with plenty of room for use of our garden & greenhouse. Proof of a full-time job, 3 references, Will work with those with credit issues depending on situation. Must be clean, neat & respectful. Non smokers preferred.
