Residents pay a monthly water usage fee ($35/mo. for a 1 bedroom, $50/mo. for a 2 bedroom.)

We are pet friendly!
Pets are welcome if under 50lbs when fully grown. We allow up to two pets per apartment. A $250 non-refundable pet fee (per pet) is required and monthly pet rent will be $35 per month for each pet. Breed restrictions apply. Please see the property page on our website for more details!
