The lakes, the club and club restaurant, and the golf course really are the social hubs of the island. And for boaters, the Puget Sound offers iconic boating waters through the Sound, some of the best boating waters in the world. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Tenant must complete full application which includes reference and credits check, and meet other posted rental criteria. The house is currently furnished, but can be rented fully or partially furnished, or unfurnished. Application and Rental Criteria (Application is not complete until all steps are completed) Tenant must complete full application which includes application document, reference and document requests, and meet all other application and rental criteria. Landlord reserves right to verify Tenant's previous tenancy and obtain references from previous Landlord/management company, with approval contingent upon references.
